-Do you provide any warranties on your land offerings? We convey each property by a warranty deed in which clear title is guaranteed.
-Do you survey your properties? We provide a recent survey plat prepared by a certified surveyor and / or engineer. All boundaries are clearly marked by corner pins and are clearly visible for your inspection.
-Is title insurance available with my purchase? We provide title insurance when the property is first purchased to ensure that the title is free and clear of any undisclosed problems.
