We bought lot #86 during a blizzard in late February. We have visited several times and are more impressed each time. We have a beautiful, panoramic view, almost 360°, of slopes, ponds and high mountains. We can see not only the back of the Uintahs but the taller mountains behind them.

As we walked the property from corner to corner we were amazed at the size -- much bigger than we had pictured. The property line stakes were very necessary to keep us on track. We had shopped elsewhere for land, but will not be shopping again. The location of High Point Ranch is perfect for us -- close enough to visit often, yet far enough away from home to really be away.

The peace and serenity, the vistas and the value are unsurpassed. We look forward to many happy, enjoyable, peaceful days and nights on our gorgeous property.
